My Name is James Brownold and my passion is music.  My parents and grandparents were all professional musicians and Choir Directors, Band Directors and a Music Publisher.  I have been a playing musician and was in a show band named" Music Transport".  I have been a Band Director for 40 years and own a company called "Music On The Move" which provides Band Directors and General Music Teachers to schools.  My degrees in Music and Percussion are from DePaul University.

I also am a Church Choir Director and Handbell Director and have served many Churches around the Chicago Area.  In my spare time I enjoy going to the Opera, Concerts, Plays golf, and spending time with my 5 grandchildren.   This is my first year at St. Joseph and have enjoyed working with the students.
